Each chair is supplied with detailed safety and fitting instructions for use. It is important that these safety and fitting instructions be carefully followed.

Make sure that the chair used for fitting Little Beetle is stable and is positioned at a distance from objects child is not to touch.

Before use, inspect Little Beetle for signs of wear and tear and stop use if any part is damaged. Do not use Little Beetle to restrain child in a car seat, airplane seat, bar stool, bathtub or any other use but its original purpose.

Pull Little Beetle out of bag, and slip over top of chair back with large Little Beetle label facing outwards. Make sure straps are unfastened. Spread Little Beetle evenly on seat of chair with straps hanging.

Pull black straps around and underneath each side of chair seat. Fasten buckle under the chair seat and tighten so Little Beetle is secure.

Sit the child upright against the chair back, on top of Little Beetle.

Pull Little Beetle colored straps up between the child’s legs and then pull one under each of the child’s arms and through the loops on the sides of Little Beetle, so Little Beetle forms a “diaper” shape between child’s legs. Fasten Little Beetle colored strap buckle behind chair back and tighten so child is secure.

Make sure that the Little Beetle colored child restraining straps are firmly secured around the chair back. The aim is to minimize the child’s free movement. This is important to prevent the child from taking up a position where there is a risk of the child falling over, or overbalancing the chair.

After use, unfasten Little Beetle straps to remove. Once finished using Little Beetle, fold it into the built in bag.

Little Beetle can be hand or machine washed. Dry by hanging or low tumble dry. See care instructions on Little Beetle label.

WARNING:

Do not leave child in Little Beetle unattended, even if it was properly fitted. Make certain Little Beetle is securely fastened to chair before placing child in Little Beetle. Make certain child restraining strap is securely fastened. Do not use Little Beetle with a child who is unable to sit straight unsupported.
